This campground is a great place to stay for an overnight or just passing through. It is located next to a beautiful river, with about half the spots on the river and a span of grass, trees, fire rings, and picnic tables between the campers and the water. The store is stocked with kayaks and snacks, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The pull-throughs are long and level, but some are narrow and the back-in sites are sloped. The 50 amp service is strong and constant, and the water pressure is great. There is also septic on site. The campground is located near a major highway, so there is loud road noise from big rigs. There is no cable hook up and WiFi only picks up if you are closer to the front. Memorial Day weekend every site was occupied, but it was not crowded.
