This campground is a great place to stay if youre looking for a relaxing getaway with good company and fishing. It is a Passport America member park, but unfortunately they charge the same rate for members as they do for non-members. The office is open until 7:30pm during the summer months and there is a night deposit box for payment. Unfortunately, there is no poop bags at the waste bucket, so those without their own supplies wont be able to clean up after their pet. The sites closest to the interstate can be noisy, so if youre looking for a quieter spot, be sure to request one further away. Despite some of the drawbacks, this campground is a great choice for a stopover on the way to Florida, as evidenced by the fact that many people have returned here multiple times.
