Riverside Estates RV Park is an old, run-down campground located in the Atlanta area. The park is in need of a major makeover and the current management is in the process of giving it a face lift. Despite this, the park offers full hook-ups with both 30 and 50 amp service. The sites are not large, but are of average or larger than other places. There are both back-in and pull-thru sites with plenty of room for maneuvering. The park is surrounded by mostly older permanent trailers, and there is garbage scattered throughout. The park is also located in a flood plain of the Yellow River, and guests receive a written warning that the place is subject to flooding. The bathrooms are in poor condition and the sewage drains have recently overflowed. There is also a problem with dogs running freely through the park without leashes. The office staff is pleasant, but the phone goes to voicemail when the office is not open. The park also has a bad practice of requiring guests staying more than a week to provide social security number, driver license number, date of birth, credit card number and bank account information for a background check with an additional $40 fee.

Riverside Estates RV Park is a cozy place by the river to work, play and live! The park offers 100 plus sites with 30 or 50 amp service. There are 3 sections to choose from, A-Section is near the street for easy access to the freeway, B-Section runs beside the Yellow River, and C-Section is further back and very quiet. The park is close to almost anything you could desire for shopping, eating, exercising, clubbing, purchasing building and electrical supplies, and recreating on lakes and rivers. I-20 West offers the quickest access to Atlanta as compared to all the other freeways, which is very important, considering the traffic in the area. The park is friendly, safe, and clean.
