From The Campground
Etowah River Campground is a 28-acre campground located outside Historic Dahlonega Georgia on the Etowah River. It opened in 1994 to offer families and groups a fun safe place to go camping. The campground has a total of 85 campsites, including 59 RV sites with full hookup and 26 tent sites. Several of the tent sites are right on the river for your enjoyment. The campground is open year-round, and from May till Labor day, tubing is available for all to enjoy who would like to take a leisurely float down the river. Tubing is $5.00 a person.
