R-Ranch is a private park with some affiliations to camping organizations. It is situated in a beautiful valley surrounded by rolling hills and two lakes. The park is vast and well-manicured, with paved roads and gravel sites. It offers a range of amenities, including horseback riding, fishing, tennis, mini-golf, a playground, a chapel, and a pool. There are also stables on the property for horseback riding, which is available Thursday to Sunday. Unfortunately, local TV and cell phones do not work in this remote area. The roads to the park are narrow and winding, so caution is advised. The campground is gated and secure, and the sites are spacious and have full hookups, 50 amp, 30 amp, and household plugs. There is no cable TV, however, so you will need to bring your own antenna or satellite dish. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the park is an excellent spot for a peaceful getaway.

R-Ranch In The Mountains offers 170 campsites for motorhomes, 5th wheel trailers, travel trailers, and tents. There are 158 RV pads with water, electricity, and sewer connections, 12 RV sites with water and electricity, and gravel tent campsites with water and electricity. The campground also has a dump station on-site.
