Despite being close to I-95, the campgrounds are relatively quiet, and the majority of campers are long-term residents who keep to themselves. The restrooms and laundry are clean, and there are ample parking spaces near the sites. The park is currently renovating its restrooms. However, one restroom is still open and maintained. While there are few amenities, such as no Wi-Fi or cable (unless provided by the next camper), all utilities work flawlessly, and there are no issues with electric, water, or sewer connections. Cell phone reception is generally good and adequate for streaming video. The prices for the laundry machines are affordable and a bonus for guests. Guests will find the proximity to I-95 ideal for travelers looking for an overnight stop, and many campers stay for short periods. There are great seafood restaurants approximately 20 minutes away from the Park. Overall, its a neat and clean park worth visiting for a peaceful, relaxing stay amid a natural wooded environment.
