This campground is a great place to stay for a peaceful getaway. Located near a beautiful lake, it offers spectacular views and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The site is partially fenced and the pad is level, making it easy to set up camp. The host is very friendly and the bathhouse is clean. Cell phone service is spotty in the campground, but there are 4+ bars on the site with T-Mobile. There is a firepit down by the lake and kayaks are easy to get into the water. The lake has a 25hp restriction, making it very peaceful for campers. There is a playground, super clean bathrooms, and a laundry area. The lake is gorgeous and clear, and there is access to the lake at almost every site. The only downside is that there is not a lot of shade covering the sites and there is some road noise. However, it is only 20 minutes from major retailers and there is plenty of room for chairs, gear, and a fence for the dogs.
