Beaver Run RV Park is a well-maintained campground suitable for long-term stays. The park has many repeat campers due to its excellent staff and new improvements, including new concrete pads. The park is conveniently located just off Hwy 16, but the traffic noise is minimal. The park offers different amenities, including shuffleboard, a small half basketball court, horseshoe pits, a pool table, outdoor play area, fenced doggy play area, ping pong table, and clean bathrooms with showers. There are small kayaks and paddle boats that can be rented for use on the pond. The park has two sections for camping, one under tall pines and the other half in the open. The areas are separated by a small pond where you can swim at the small beach area, and the remainder of the pond is open to fishing and boating. Monthly potluck dinners are also offered, with a nice meeting room and kitchen. The town of Metter is about six miles away and offers all the basic necessities, while the larger town of Statesboro, with more stores and restaurants, is just 30 miles away. Overall, the staff is friendly and takes good care of campers.

Beaver Run RV Park is a peaceful campground located just off I-16, South at Exit 111 in Metter, Georgia. The campground is conveniently located just minutes away from Metter, Statesboro, Georgia Southern University, and Savannah. The campground offers level, pull-thru sites that are Big Rig Friendly, with full hook-up, cable, and free WiFi. Guests can enjoy fishing, swimming, and boating in the clear, spring-fed lake, as well as outdoor activities like corn hole, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and disc golf. The campground also features a game room with pool, ping pong, and foosball tables, a playground for kids, and a half-mile loop around the lake for peaceful walks. Other amenities include clean bathrooms, hot showers, hot cookies upon arrival, firewood for sale, RV supplies for sale, propane refilling, and a coin laundry.
