The campground has clean and mostly level gravel sites with 20/30/50 amp electric, water, and sewer. The park has some newer picnic tables and fire rings on a few sites and concrete pads on some others. There is a catch-and-release pond and a one-mile walking trail on the property. The staff is friendly and helpful, and some treats are often available at check-in for furry friends. Though the bathrooms are a little dated, they generally function well. While there are some nearby train tracks, they are not very busy, and the area is generally quiet and feels safe.
