Sunset Pines RV Living is a peaceful adult living campground designed for responsible adults only. It is perfect for retired individuals, traveling workers, college students, or anyone who wants to live in an extended living RV or motor coach atmosphere. The campground is nestled in the middle of 15 acres of whispering pine trees with a beautiful pond on site. The spacious 50' x 50' private gravel sites are equipped with 30amp, 50amp, and 110 power, water, sewage, cable TV, and WIFI. The campground offers full hookup, 30, 50 amp, bath house, laundry room, cable TV, WIFI, fishing, and large sites. The pond is well-stocked with bass, catfish, and bream, and there are also mallard ducks, white cranes, and other wildlife birds and turtles. The bath house and the Pines Pavilion are designed with your comfort in mind, and the latter is a hangout spot for Sunset Pines guests only. It has a TV, stove, and places to plug in crock pots. The campground also offers pottery made by the owner, Denise, who started making pottery, a lost art from her college years at Ohio University. Copper Top Pottery is the name of her business.
