It is highly rated and when you arrive, you will be welcomed by the down-to-earth and friendly people who will make you feel right at home. The campground offers plenty of spots with 20/30/50 electrical amp, water and sewage hook-ups along with picnic tables, fire rings, and a proper dump station. There is also a cabin available for rent if you prefer a more primitive experience. The grounds are natural, so expect gravel and easy to maneuver pathways. The RV designated spots have all the hook-ups you need and every spot has its own tree-lined ceiling with a natural window to see the sparkling stars each night. The campground is located close to the Satilla River, which offers great fishing, kayaking, and swimming opportunities. There is even a small gas station nearby that sells bait and fishing supplies. The owner, Ron, is friendly and helpful and will make sure your stay is pleasant and safe. He will even accept mail packages from home. If you are looking for a peaceful, rustic camping experience, Deep Bend Landing is the perfect spot for you.

Deep Bend Landing is a secluded campground located in a natural and relaxed environment, nestled under great oaks and tall pines bathed by The Great Satilla River. The campground offers cabins, vacation homes, and RV sites for a unique riverfront escape. It is an ideal base camp or stopover for canoe or kayak trips down the Satilla. Please note that there are no shower houses or onsite bathrooms, and all units must be self-contained.
