What others are saying about this campground
Raysville is a hidden gem at Clarks Hill Lake, offering secluded camping with decent bath houses and showers. The campground is well-maintained and clean, with large, level sites that are mostly waterfront and have power and water. The views are stunning, especially at sunset, and the lake provides plenty of opportunities for swimming, fishing, and kayaking. Unfortunately, the campground has become a bit of a party spot, and the no loud music rule is not always enforced. The bathhouses are clean but show their age, and there are pit toilets scattered around. The people running the campground can be a bit overbearing, so it may not be the best spot for families.

The 70,000 acre lake and its 1,000+ miles of shoreline provide excellent boating, water skiing, swimming, fishing, hiking and picnicking. The campground is situated in a wooded area on the waterfront and consists of 55 family campsites, all with 50-amp electrical hookups. Amenities include restrooms, showers, a dump station, boat ramp and dock.
