McIntosh Lake RV Park is a great place to stay for travelers seeking overnight comforts. Located just off of I-95, the park is conveniently situated between Savannah and Brunswick Georgia, making it a great base for exploring the colonial area of the state. The park offers pull-thru sites with full hook-ups, 50 amp power, wifi, cable TV, and free firewood. The sites are narrow and close to neighboring RVs, but there is still room to set up BBQs and chairs. The park also has a recreation building with a soft sofa, TV, and pool table, a nice social hall with a large deck, PCs, jigsaw puzzles, and TV, and a new laundry room. There is also a small seafood restaurant on site. The lake is great for fishing, kayaking, and swimming, and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the road noise, which is constant and loud during the day and evening, but reduces at night.
