This campground is the perfect spot for those looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway. It is situated on an old plantation, with open fields and historical buildings all around. The sites are easily accessible and fairly level, and the electric service and water pressure is good. There is one spot for a large RV, with no sewer, no shade, but a power pole and water. The access road is a bit narrow, so it may not be ideal for large rigs. The older sites are being renovated to provide updated hookups, and there are four full hookup spots available for $8 a night ($6 if you stay a week). Boondocking is allowed, and the store attendant is friendly and accommodating. There is no wifi or pool, but the campground is a great spot for those looking for a peaceful and quiet experience with an abundance of nature.
