What others are saying about this campground
This campground is located on the Chattahoochee River and is great for family reunions, birthday parties, and Easter egg hunts. It is also a great spot for geocaching and hiking. It is a primitive campground, so there are no water or electric hookups, but there is a bath house and porto johns nearby. There are no designated camp sites, so you can pick anywhere and enjoy the river views and historical sites on the property. The fire rings are primitive, but the campground is beautiful, wooded, and peaceful. There is a boat launch, a splash pad, and plenty of pavilions for large groups. The nightly rate is only $12. This is a great spot for those looking for a peaceful and primitive camping experience.
