The Cove Campground is a great place for fishermen and outdoor enthusiasts alike. Located on the west end of The Narrows, the campground offers RV and tent sites with firepits and picnic tables. Pets are welcome, but must be kept on a leash. The lake can freeze over during the winter, so be sure to check with the BLM for lake conditions before camping. There are outhouses available for use, and the campground does not offer hookups. There is a $10 fee to reserve a spot online. Hiking trails are available, but be aware that there is a lot of garbage on the trails. The campground is great for water sports, and all sites are close to the water. There is not much shade in the summer, and the campsites are fairly close together.
