Round Valley RV Park in Challis, Idaho offers spacious RV hookups and large tent sites with clean restrooms, laundry facilities, and nice showers. The park is located in beautiful Challis, which offers fishing, hunting, a seasonal farmers market, a 9-hole golf course, an art gallery, and a historic museum, along with lots of opportunities for bird-watching, hiking, rockhounding, and sightseeing. The Custer Motorway is a favorite feature of Challis. This 46-mile stretch of dirt road was once used by wagons and stagecoaches traveling with supplies between mining camps and towns. Land of the Yankee Fork State Park is another area that has preserved the history of mining in the area. Rediscover old ghost towns like Bonanza and Bayhorse at the park’s interactive and informative Visitor Center.
