From The Campground

Eightmile Camping Area is a small but nice camping area located along the Yankee Fork of the Salmon River. It is ideal for families that want a good place to hunt or fish or just relax. The campground has a vault toilet and the meadow across the road can accommodate larger camp trailers. Please note that there is no drinking water on site and no hookups are available, so campers are advised to pack out their garbage. The campground has a 16-day stay limit.
