What others are saying about this campground

The campground is basic, with gravel roads and sites, not much grass and only a few trees. However, the views of the mountains and Salmon River and proximity to outdoor activities make it a great place to stay! The staff are all very helpful and friendly, and the cafe and patio in the office offer delicious food, milkshakes, cocktails, etc. There is no cell service or WiFi, but the amenities and friendly staff make up for it.

From The Campground

The Sawmill Station is an RV park and OHV paradise located in the remote mountains of central Idaho. The park offers over 50 big-rig friendly RV spaces with full utility hook-ups, free wifi, fuel, a country store, a bistro restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Polaris RZR side by side rentals, propane, and shower and laundry facilities. The area surrounding the Sawmill Station is known for world-class hunting, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, and OHV & ATV recreation with a trail network second to none. Wildlife abounds, from deer and elk to moose, bear, and eagle, and the scenery is some of the best known to man.
