This campground is the perfect spot for those looking for a no frills camping experience. Located next to the Starlite Mountain Theater in Garden Valley, Idaho, the campground offers a plethora of activities such as gold panning, playing in the river, and riding bikes around. The campground is run by a nice older gentleman and is a great option for those who want to stay close to Lake Cleveland and Mt Harrison. There is a vault toilet and some scattered corrals, and a large open area for RV camping. Tent campers can find excellent sites nestled within the trees, and there are incredible views and cool rock formations just a short walk away. The only downside is the amount of mosquitoes by the river and small amount of traffic noise, and while the theater is running you may hear the play. We paid $25 in cash by filling out an envelope and putting it in a security drop. The dumpster was overflowing with trash, but had been emptied when we left.

From The Campground
Riverpond Campground is located in beautiful Garden Valley, Idaho. It has been carefully carved into river front wetlands on the middle fork of the Payette River. There are 24 RV electrical hookups, numerous secluded tent sites, potable water, a vault toilet, river front access, a lily pond, and open grass areas. Our campground is great for group events. We host family reunions, youth groups, church outings, and club events ranging from bird-watching to motorcycle rallies.
