Trail Break RV Park in Glenns Ferry, ID has received mixed reviews, but our experience was very positive. Check-in was effortless and we received helpful advice on the most shaded sites. Unlike other campgrounds, you can choose from any unoccupied site that you like. The amenities were well-maintained and clean. Though there are no sewer hookups, the park provides two dump stations making it a minor inconvenience for motorhomes. The park has big trees and they work hard to irrigate the lawn to keep it green. It served our purpose as an overnight stop and had good water pressure in the showers. The hosts were nice and friendly and the park allows leashed pets, which our dog loved. Though there was some noise from the highway and sheep, neither were too bothersome. Overall, we highly recommend Trail Break RV Park as a great place to stop.

Swap tales of the day’s adventures and sights. Visit the nearby Three Island Crossing on the Old Oregon Trail just a few minutes drive from the park. Trail Break RV Park also offers tent sites and pets on a leash are welcome.
