What others are saying about this campground
Wood River Campground is the perfect spot for a peaceful and scenic camping experience. Located 10 miles north of Ketchum, the campground is a convenient base for fishing the Big Wood and visiting the nearby towns. The campground consists of two connected loops with large shaded campsites, though big rigs might have difficulty navigating the loop road and finding sites deep enough to accommodate them. The sites are wide and the trees tall and dense, providing plenty of shade. There is one pull-through site and its reserved for double camping (two parties). The campground is close to Highway 75, so there is some road noise, but it subsides late at night. There is no cell service or hook ups, but there is a water drinking faucet. There is a dump station and a small market in Ketchum, as well as plenty of restaurants, shops, and outfitters in the area. The nearby Easley Campground and Hot Springs offers showers and a pool for a fee.
