Lava Hot Springs West KOA Holiday is a great place to stay. The Deluxe Cabins have just about everything you need, and the outside patio over the river is amazing. The staff is very friendly. Although some guests had trouble with their fire features not working properly, they were still able to enjoy the cabins decks with functional fire features. People who stay here say they keep coming back, but some mention that they would like new mattresses. The facilities are clean and the cabins are very cute and cozy. Guests enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and find it to be a perfect romantic getaway. While some guests were disappointed with miscommunication about the weather and water at their site upon arrival, overall the staff is described as friendly and helpful. People seem to love staying in the deluxe cabins and would recommend it to others.

Just a short walk from downtown, the waterpark, and the hot springs, our campground is the perfect base for your Lava Hot Springs getaway.The footbridge over the Portneuf River-located between sites 34 and 36, a second bridge by site 93 provides quick and easy access to the water park from any campsite. The World Famous Hot Springs only three blocks away are open year round. The Pavilion is available for private rental or free to use (with courtesy to fellow campers), it comfortably seats 30-40 guests and is perfect for group gatherings.Our property features clean shower facilities, laundromat, playground, Paw Pen dog park, gift shop/convenience store, and Wi-Fi. We are excited to announce Tilly's Pizzaria is now open and proudly serving "Ibis Cafe" with delicious breakfast burritos. Let us pamper you by delivering a guest favorite-Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza or chef's famous "Salsa Verde" Pizza right to your site or ready for pick up at your convenience.
