The park has fairly reliable internet (enough for Zoom calls), and the laundry and bathrooms are super clean. The hosts are communicative and helpful with recommendations for the best spots, providing maps of the area and great hiking trails. The sites are level and close together, but the orientation of parking nose to tail helps with privacy so campers never feel crowded. Each site has a fire pit and a picnic table. Moose Crossing is not the fanciest campground out there, but it feels like home. Its located in an ATV-friendly area where the campground gives you direct access to trails. Theres even a rental place in town if you dont own an ATV. The park is perfect for a quick trip or an extended stay.

Moose Crossing RV Park is located in the Lost River Mountain Range in Mackay, Idaho. The park offers full hookup RV spaces, rustic sleeping cabins, and RV rentals. Additional amenities include parking for ATVs, UTVs, and boats, a small laundry and store, a dog park, and WIFI. The park also has trail access right out the back. Visitors can enjoy hiking, ATV and UTV riding, fishing, and exploring the rugged beauty of the mountains and trails. The park is pet-friendly and welcomes leashed pets. Moose Crossing RV Park is owned by John and MaryAnn Riggi.
