This campground is a great spot for a peaceful and quiet getaway. Located 5 miles from Moscow, Idaho, the Latah County Fairgrounds offers a secluded park with 5 RV sites and plenty of room for tents. Each RV site has 30/50 amp electric service and a concrete patio with a picnic table. There is a water spigot centrally located if needed, but no water or sewer hookups at the sites. There is a pit toilet in the campground, but no showers. The campground is surrounded by a meadow (huge playing field) with a forest behind, and there is a group picnic area and a childrens play area (sliding board and swings). The cost is $10 per night for RVs, and $5 per night for tents. Disabled veterans RV $5, tent free. There is no wi-fi, but Verizon service is available. The park is well maintained and the sites are level. Entrance is tight and comes down a small hill, so go slow. This is a great spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
