Tailwaters Campground is a first come, first serve campground located on the west shore of Anderson Ranch Reservoir. The campground has three sites and offers opportunities for trout and bass fishing. The Tailwaters boat ramp within the campground provides access for rafts, motorized and non-motorized boats. There is an Elmore county ordinance restricting any motorized equipment on the Lower South Fork Boise River. Amenities include campground rings, picnic tables, and a vault toilet.
