GenieSummary

Trinity View Resort is a membership RV camp 23 miles north of Mountain Home, Idaho. It is a great place for families to camp, play, and enjoy the outdoors. The park is surrounded by beautiful views of the Camas Reservoir, trees, and a valley surrounded by mountains. The sites have a cement patio and a 3 sided shelter for the picnic table. The meeting room has lots of board games and a well equipped kitchen with a commercial grill. The park is overrun with ground squirrels or some type of prairie rodents that dig holes everywhere. The campground is remote, but close enough for a run to town for church and/or shopping and exploring. To get to the park, you must be willing to drive 2.5 miles down a very dusty dirt road. The road is hard packed and fairly smooth, but you should unhook your toad or it will be totally covered in a thick layer of fine dirt. During our stay the park was evacuated due to a out of control grass fire, making the return to Mountain Home impassable. One piece of advice, dont plan on washing your vehicle before hand, there is a 3 mile dirt road to the park that will dirty it right up. Enjoyed my stay, will probably be back within the next year.
