What others are saying
for a peaceful camping experience. Green Bay Campground is a rugged yet beautiful spot for camping. It is not suitable for RV campers, as the only amenities are a pit toilet and picnic tables. The beach is made up of granite rock and the view of the lake is incredible. There are tons of activities available for campers, such as cliff jumping, kayaking, and hiking. Fire pits, roomy spots, and lake access are all available. The campground is generally quiet and secluded, but can get busy on weekends. There is a single vault toilet and campers are asked to bring a bucket and shovel for solid waste. Cell phone service is not available. The road to the campground is unpacked and bumpy, so a low profile car is not recommended. The views are incredible and the water is crystal clear. Campers can park and camp at a few sites, or park and walk 50 feet down to other sites.
