Healds Haven is a peaceful and serene RV park nestled in a beautiful mountain valley along the banks of the Salmon River in remote Idaho. The park offers full hook ups including water, sewer, wifi and 30 amp electric, as well as a fire ring and picnic table at each site. The owner is a very friendly and welcoming 82 year old woman who will greet you upon arrival and guide you to your site in her golf cart. The grounds are grassy and shaded by large trees, and the bathrooms and showers are well-maintained. The park is located about 10 minutes from town, providing easy access to recreational opportunities, restaurants, and other amenities. The Salmon River is a short walk away, and you may spot bald eagles, wild goats, and ramshorn sheep in the area. Cell phone service is limited, but satellite reception is good. This is a great spot for a quiet getaway, with plenty of wildlife and stunning views.
