This campground offers a great location for RV and tent camping, with full RV hook-ups and tent areas around the perimeter. The campground is located close to the Bear Lake North State Park entrance and is conveniently located between Yellowstone and Salt Lake City. The campground is well-maintained and clean, with helpful and friendly owners. There is a large playground with swings and a volleyball net, as well as plenty of grassy lawn. During the off season, the park is usually quiet and there are fewer guests, but it can get packed during the summer. The interior roads are dirt/gravel and can turn to mud in wet weather. There is a leash rule, but the owners let their own dog run free. Park your RV on the side road until checked in as most sites are across the street from the office.

From The Campground
Bear Lake North RV Park & Campground is a full-service campground located on the east side of highway 89 in St. Charles Idaho. We are approximately halfway between Yellowstone National Park and Salt Lake City, Utah. We have 16 pull-through RV sites, 15 back-in sites, 3 small fully furnished cabins, and 15 tent sites. Our amenities include sewer, water, and 30/50 amp electricity, laundry room, and showers. We are just minutes from Bear Lake's North Beach State Park and Minnetonka Cave. Whether it is a weekend getaway to the lake, a one night stopover on the way to or from Yellowstone, or a longer stay to enjoy the mild southern Idaho summer, we endeavor to make all our guests feel welcome and comfortable.
