From The Campground
Chinook Bay Campground is a first-come, first-serve campground located on the north side of Little Redfish Lake in the Sawtooth National Forest. The campground offers 13 campsites surrounded by a lodgepole pine overstory. Popular activities include kayaking, canoeing, wading, hiking, biking, and floating. Redfish Lake offers interpretive trails, a visitor center, interpretive programs, equestrian stables, boat rentals, and a dump station. Several trailheads are in the surrounding area including Alpine Way and Redfish trail which lead into the Sawtooth Wilderness, and Boundary Creek trail which leads into the White Clouds Wilderness. Motorized watercraft are not allowed on Little Redfish Lake.
