From The Campground
Mormon Bend Campground is a first-come, first-serve campground located in Sawtooth National Forest. It offers 15 campsites, including 1 double-site, situated in a lodgepole pine forest along with sagebrush and some open meadows. Visitors can fish for trout and steelhead in the Salmon River and surrounding creeks. The campground is opened early in the season to accommodate steelhead fishermen. A designated put-in for float boaters is located within the campground.
