This campground is a great option for self-contained RVers looking to explore the great lakes and trails around Stanley. It is conveniently located near Redfish Lake Lodge and the Sawtooth Mountains, and offers a great view of the Sawtooths from across the street. The sites are gravel, pretty level, and the utilities easy to access. There are 4 RV spots and a small grassy area adjacent to three of them, but no public restrooms or showers. The electric hook ups are new and the area is clean and well maintained. BBQ grills are available at the side of the motel and there is sign up in office about Wi-Fi, though it was not used. It is fairly close to the highway, but Idaho 21 is not a heavily traveled road and very quiet at night. We would recommend purchasing supplies before getting to Stanley, as local availability is somewhat limited.
