The campground is made up of mostly permanent and seasonal campers, who keep their lots clean and well-decorated. There are lots of activities provided by the campground, and it is close to Chicago. The bathrooms need major upgrades and cleaning, and the WiFi is terrible. The sites on the lake end of the grounds will flood if there has been a lot of rain. The campground is a great getaway for those looking for an escape to the outdoors. With the Kishwaukee River running through the grounds, the heated pool, full hook-ups, community center, lake, and arcade, there is plenty to do. The campground is well-maintained and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
