Galesburg East / Knoxville KOA Journey in Knoxville, IL is a beautiful and convenient off-highway campground. Although there is train noise at night, it is expected in the area. However, beautiful grounds and easy-to-access pull through sites balances it out. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making it a great experience staying there. The amenities are well maintained and clean, especially the campground facilities, including a spacious and fun pool area, mini golf, Frisbee golf, and a playground for children. There is even a dog park for furry family members! Additionally, the cabins are clean and well-equipped with mini-fridges and microwaves for convenience. The laundry room is also clean and convenient. We enjoyed our stay overall and highly recommend it.

The Galesburg East / Knoxville, Illinois KOA Holiday is situated on 28 acres of lush greenscape and well-manicured lawns, private trails, and a playground. This beautifully maintained KOA features 75 large pull-thru RV sites and now features 5 double-wide deluxe back-in sites with stamped patios, gazebo, grill fire pit, and dining table and chairs with full hookups, as well as Deluxe Cabins with pond and open space views. Free Wi-Fi is provided, and there is a guest laundry, clubhouse, and propane filling station. The convenience store "Kampstore" offers a variety of necessities, food, and other supplies, including firewood and ice. Activities include mini golf, a heated pool, a stocked catch-and-release fishing pond, and a KampK9 dog park. There's even more fun with horseshoes, corn hole, disc golf, and a Jump Pad. Seasonal group activities include ice cream socials, bingo, movies, crafts, and more. Enjoy the sunsets and the sweet sounds of the songbirds in a peaceful setting. Pool: Memorial Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. Max pull-thru: 75 feet.
