The campground is small and cozy with only 20 sites, and it is conveniently located just two minutes away from Matthiessen State Park, where you can explore the beautiful Dells Canyon and Bluffs trails. The campground is well-maintained and very clean, and the owner is a veteran and retired truck driver who has been running the campground for 10 years on the farm where he was born and raised. He is very friendly and helpful, and is willing to loan out any items you may need. The only downside is that the facilities are quite basic, with only one port-a-potty and a small cement building with a shower but no toilet. The price is also quite high for what is offered.
