This campground is a great choice for families and groups looking for a convenient location. It features 9 short-term sites, a clean pool, lots of flowers, a freshly painted fence, a small swimming pond, a river to fish or canoe, and a couple of playgrounds with sturdy equipment. The campground is family friendly and dogs are welcomed. There is a camp store with fairly priced amenities and good people. However, the sites are difficult to get into if your RV is 32 or bigger and the electricity does not have enough voltage to run air conditioners. You have to pay $10.00 extra each night for children 16 years or older and you cannot bring in your own firewood, you have to purchase theirs for $5.00 a bundle. The dump station is situated in such a way that your tanks cant drain. There is no cable or internet unless you sit on their porch with a computer. Although the staff is friendly, the cost is high for the amenities offered.
