Happy Acres Campground is a great place to stay for a quick overnight stay. It is conveniently located right off the freeway and offers pull-through sites for easy access. The roads inside the park are narrow and can be difficult to maneuver, but the campground is still nice despite the mud. The staff is very helpful and the Wi-Fi performs well. The seasonal campers are welcoming to transients and the DJ on Saturday night provides a fun atmosphere. There is some road noise, but it is not too loud. The only downside is that the signage is amateurish and poorly placed, making it difficult to find.

Happy Acres Campground is conveniently located near Hwy 69 and US-20 in Angola, Indiana, the heart of lake country. With 101 lakes in Steuben County, you'll always find the fun. Boating, fishing, Pokagon State Park, a buffalo preserve, riding and walking trails, plus so much more. You can't go wrong. Rather stay around the campground? Relax around the campfire, play pickleball, fish in the ponds, or get lost on the trails. Naps are always good too... promise, we won't tell. RV, camper, or tent, we can easily accommodate you on your vacation or if you're just passing through. From 100' pull-through sites to shady spots by the pond, we'll help you find your perfect site.
