Fishing pond was no more than a big puddle of green stagnated water. In the last year, this campground has changed owners so we gave it a chance and it did not disappoint. Nice putt-putt course and they are finishing up a facelift on the inground pool. The inner loop has full hookups and the outer is electric water. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.. Free Spirit Rv Park is a nature setting campground located in Bedford, Indiana. It is a calm and quiet campground with a nice playground, pool, and pavilion. Mike Price, the owner, has made many improvements to the campground since he bought it, including cleaning out the trash behind the office, redoing the swimming pool and Putt Putt Golf course, adding several new sites, and adding a camp store plus sales of propane and fire wood. There are also two new cabins for weekend rental. There is no WiFi, but there are many seasonal campers, a pool, mini golf, playground, pavilions for parties, walking path through wooded area to pond, alpacas to feed (baby carrots), and lots of birds. The fishing pond is no more than a big puddle of green stagnated water. The owner is very friendly and accommodating.
