Horseshoe Lakes RV Campground in Clinton, IN is a nice park with lots of trees. The assigned sites have sewer and 30/50 amp, which is a plus. However, some sites are unlevel and sloping toward the rear, making it difficult to get trailers level. There are nice walking trails around the park and the grass areas are well kept. The pickelball courts and mini golf looked overgrown with weeds, so we did not try using them. The pool and family center were closed during our visit. The electric has been upgraded since our last visit (2019), and we noticed there were some trees that have been marked for removal. Our problems started at check-in when the office was closed and there was even no after hours number listed, either. We eventually managed to find a site but there were others who also experienced difficulty checking in. Nonetheless, the staff was very apologetic the following morning and generally very nice and helpful. There were quite a few long-term/seasonal residents, and though some of them expressed frustration, it is apparent that the staff is doing their best with what they were given. Despite the discounted rates, we are uncertain about staying here again unless we hear something that shows a significant improvement.

Horseshoe Lakes RV Campground is an age-qualified resort that allows pets. The campground offers RV campsites and rental accommodations. Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of reservation. Firewood brought into the park must have all bark removed and be wrapped in Saran Wrap due to the Ash Borer. The campground offers a mobile app and special pricing for seasonal or annual stays longer than 27 days. Amenities vary by resort and include electric hookups, but electric is not included for stays of 30 days or longer. Activities are not listed. The campground offers a 10% discount on all RV site types, tent sites, and rental units, excluding Tiny House rentals and reservations at specific KOA locations. The discount is valid on reservations with a minimum length of stay of 1 night and a maximum length of stay of 6 nights. Offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
