What others are saying about this campground
This campground is a great spot for a peaceful, secluded camping experience. Located close to town and off of some amazing trails, it is the perfect spot for both RV and tent camping. With plenty of flat land and open space, it is easy to level your rig and take advantage of solar charging. There are no marked sites, but the campground is spacious enough for up to 50 or 60 rigs. Vault toilets are available and kept clean, and there is a dumpster on site. There are no water hook ups, but you can drive to a nearby town for showers and water for horses. Though the campground is intended for horse trailers, none were seen during a 7 day stay. There are fire rings and picnic tables available, but you may want to bring your own firewood as there is not much in the area. Geodes can be found in the creek bed nearby. Cell phone reception is good, and the campground is free with a 14 day limit.
