This RV park offers a variety of amenities, including pull through spots with fire pits, picnic tables, grass, full hook-up sites, and a pool, lake, and jump pad. There are also seasonal and overnight campers. The road into the campground is in poor condition, but the campground itself is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful and a “travelers’ discount” is offered for those who arrive after 3 p.m. and leave by 10 a.m. The owners have taken over in 2018 and are making improvements to the park. New 50 amp pull through sites are available, but the park lacks cable TV and wifi. The upper loop is preferred as the lower loop is mostly occupied by seasonals. The bath house is older, but clean, and the traffic noise from I-70 can be heard at night. Despite these drawbacks, visitors would recommend this park to friends and family and look forward to returning.
