South Harrison Park is a 220-acre woodland getaway located between Elizabeth and Laconia, Indiana. The park offers modern and primitive camping, shelter houses, swimming, trails, ball diamonds, an observatory, pool parties, and Blain's Place Restaurant. The renovated camping area draws campers from all parts of the country. The park is home to the Sea Hawks swim team and some of the best southern Indiana baseball, softball, and soccer players. An $825,000 outdoor sports complex was added in 2006.
