This campground is slightly off the beaten path, but conveniently located near a Walmart off of I-65 North. It has a friendly atmosphere with lots of trees and a small camp store. The park is quiet and located in a decent residential neighborhood close to Lafayette and Purdue. The front portion of the campground has permanent and short stay sites, many of which are not level but are tree covered. The rear portion is more crowded and has dilapidated units, some of which are occupied. The clerk was polite and welcoming, and helped with a water problem shortly after it was reported. Cable hook-up is available, but you must pay a local company for the service. Unfortunately, the service and the person running the campground have an attitude and treat tenants like dogs. It is a disgusting place and not worth the money.

AOK Campground is located in Lafayette, Indiana and offers sites with 30 and 50 amp service. All campers are welcome including clubs and big rigs. The campground amenities include full hookup (electric, water, sewer), strong wifi, hot showers, laundry, pets allowed, playground, swimming pool, and picnic table and fire on every site. The campground is just 10 minutes away from Purdue University.
