GenieSummary
Nestled in the heart of Southern Indiana Amish country, this well-managed lake park offers full service 50amp hookup for primarily travel trailers and 5th wheel units. The park is huge, laid back and fun, and filled with seasonals. It is run by a private non-profit club for the benefit of the local community, and the majority of sites are seasonal campers with a limited number of overnight sites. The staff is very friendly and the place is kept very clean, though the seasonals have a lot of stuff around their RVs. The roads are mainly 1 narrow lane, and there are at least 2 huge dead trees that should be removed. The sewer tap in is located 20-25 feet from the RV, and the electric is on the wrong side and the outlet itself is upside down. There is a fire ring and picnic table, but the fire ring is chock full of cans and garbage. TV via batwing is fair, and Verizon cell and broadband are both good. This is not big rig friendly unless you can get one of the new sites that are off by themselves. It is recommended that you call or email a day or more in advance as the office is closed during the day.
