GenieSummary
This campground is located in a beautiful area with rolling hills and scenic views. It is a peaceful and quiet place, and the people there are nice. The bathrooms and sites are clean, but the sites are quite narrow. The campground was nearly empty when visited, so this was not an issue. The restrooms near the back of the campground were open on Fri and Sat but smelled horrible. There was a food stand that advertised their 10 long sausage. The campground hosted the Bill Monroe Bluegrass festival for the entire week, with wonderful music and sound people who did a great job. Nashville, IN is about 5 miles south of this park and is a nice tourist town with shopping, art, live theater, and restaurants.
