What others are saying about this campground
This campground is located in a beautiful wilderness area, but is not ideal for RV camping. The sites are very small and the roads are narrow with tight turns. The staff turnover rate is high and the St Joseph County Police are often called to respond to problems due to the year-round camping. Some electric meters are not working due to budget constraints. The campground is close to other attractions, but there are no activities or amenities offered. Loud motorcycles are often driven by construction workers that come and go at all hours. The roads are pot-holed and the speed limit is 5 mph. There is no way to turn around other than backing into a too small space. Despite these issues, there are plenty of great views and lots of things for the kids to do, including swimming, fishing, hiking, and playgrounds.

Mini Mountain Campgrounds is nestled in the heart of New Carlisle, Indiana. It offers a safe environment for families to enjoy nature at its finest. Guests have access to all of the amenities including mini-golf, basketball, fishing, open field, and volleyball areas. The campground provides RV repairs and preventative maintenance services. The new management and employees are very helpful and kind! It was the best campground we have stayed at yet on our traveling adventure!
