Clark State Forest is a beautiful forest located in Indiana. It offers a variety of activities such as hunting, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and picnicking. The forest has several picnic areas and 8 picnic shelters available for day use. There are also seven playgrounds, two baseball fields, a tennis court, a basketball court, firetower, and a public gun range. Hiking is permitted on the entire property including firetrails and horse trails. The forest offers five miles of mountain bike trails. Hunting is allowed for whitetail deer, ruffed grouse, turkey, squirrel, fox, woodcock, and raccoon. Fishing is allowed in all except Pine and Shaw Lakes; boat motors are limited to electric trolling motors only. Swimming is not permitted in any of the lakes.
