Caboose Lake Campground in Remington, IN has a lot of activities to offer. There is a nice lake with inflatables and a clean beach area. If you have kids or teens, this campground is perfect for them. They have a bumper boats ride and unlimited paddle boat rentals available for just $10 a day including a wristband. The water is nice and you can take out a kayak too. In general, the staff is friendly and willing to help you with your needs if you ever need assistance with your campsite. The campsites are level and well-paved, although there is highway noise close to the park that might not be comfortable for some campers. They also offer firewood for sale at $5 a bundle but not allowing outside wood. While the campground is adequate, a negative experience with the customer service team left one reviewer disappointed. Additionally, the campground charges $20 for early arrival before 4:00 pm EASTERN (not central) time, which may be a surprising fee for campers who dont plan ahead.

Caboose Lake Campground is a great place for affordable family fun! They offer a 20-acre spring-fed recreation lake, kayaks, paddleboats, fishing boat rentals, horseshoes, sand volleyball, playground, and more. They have Amish-built log cabins and unique rental options to choose from. The Summer Beach Family Fun Zone is sure to please with its many activities. Caboose Lake Campground is conveniently located off of I-65 (Exit 201) and US Hwy 24.
