GenieSummary

. This campground is a great place to get away and relax. It is well maintained and offers a variety of amenities, including a playground, disc golf course, beach area, and hiking trails. The sites are easy to park and level, with some offering full hookups, water, electric, and sewer. The campground is located close to town and Route 36, and is only 15 minutes from Turkey Run. The roads leading to the campground are not the best, but the campground itself is very quiet and peaceful. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the fishing is good. The sites have minimal shade, with the remainder of the campground being shaded. There are several water fill locations and a dump station. Overall, this is a great campground for those looking for a peaceful getaway.

From The Campground

Rockville Lake Park is a 400 hidden gem of Parke County. The 102 acre Rockville Lake, built in 1972 to assist with flood control and soil erosion, hosts some of the best fishing in this part of the midwest. RLP has become a top choice as a family oriented leisure destination in west central Indiana. Whether camping on one of our 160 campsites, in one of our two cabins, or just enjoying the outdoors, Rockville Lake Park provides excellent amenities and top notch customer service.
